How does auto insurance coverage work for a small business?

I am the only employee of my small business (alternating current Corp.). If renting a car with trade, rather than personally, as the insurance change? The filling will be more expensive? What if the car is used only 50% of the time for trade and 50% for pleasure? _ What if my wife be occasional car use for non-trade purposes?
