I am a small business owner who has a good start in business but need help in getting operating capital?

I have a counselling agency security and safety with near 20 years of experience of both. I need money to expand and the bank says I don 't have enough loan. Is there anyone out there that gives a small company a chance? Already I have 1 good inplace contract that will guarantee the repayment of the loan. Not asking for much, just 120 K
